The executives and members of the Association of Liberian Immigrants in Kitchener Environs engaged with a consultant/career coach, Kadine Cooper on November 20, 2021 to develop and enhance their professional leadership skills through a training session. Good leadership is required to continue operation. To succeed, ALIKE leaders will develop a vision that motivates others to move with a passion toward a common goal.
